Finding the right therapist to help walk you through difficult days can be overwhelming. I'm so glad you are here. My clients are often wanting to improve their relationships with others and themselves but struggle with knowing how to get there. I recognize that many people are often stuck in learned patterns or cycles, and I am passionate about helping them unlock their own potential, empowering them to live the life they have always wanted. My goal is to make sure my clients feel heard and understood in the therapy room and I focus on building the security and safety clients need in order to foster change and growth. I am a licensed therapist trained in helping couples and individuals who are struggling with the challenges of life. These might include attachment issues, trauma, conflict, betrayal, anxiety and/or depression. I use evidence-based practices that promote healing including EMDR, EFT, IFS, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices. I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental, and often humorous space for clients to process their experiences and emotions, and then help them set in motion the changes they need. I am honored to be part of the journey my clients take towards a more authentic, content, and fulfilling life.
